Hi All,
Any thoughts on the best way to get smooth animations to show clients. I have size set to 640 and frames set to 24 but am a bit in the dark regarding the compression. Some seem to work better than others (I end up using the Intel Indeo R3.2) but I don't quite get what the differences are. Is there one online that I should download and install instead? Any other suggestions on animation files? Thanks

I've had decent results with h.264 vids for web display (using vemio.com for hosting). For embedded powerpoint decks I've been using cinepark or divx. Most systems seem to understand those codecs already. I do tend to overload my projects with trees, but once you export the video from SU I don't know why you would be having smoothness issues. Do you have these problems on all video? If you're having the issue on flash vids I'd recommend updating the plugin. That was an issue I did run into on HD video hosted on Vemio's site.
