Anyone know a good way to get an accurate site from imported cad contours?

are there specific issues you're encountering? scale issues? CAD lines not importing? or are you more looking for a general how-to for creating 3d site models?
one thing you may wanna check out - In Episode #2 of The SketchUp Show (about half way though the video), we took a quick look at a ruby script called Simplify Contours, which is definitely something you'll want to have when creating 3D terrain models from CAD contour lines.
hopefully that helps get you started.
