First let me say that I enjoy your podcasts and training videos tremendously and I think that what you do and provide is so useful and inspiring. Sketchup on its own is great but with your tutorials and podcasts it real helps me make huge leaps in learning the software. Keep up the great work!
On the other hand (you knew it was coming its in the title) your website could use something more to make it more attractive and useful. Its simplistic, i get it, but really its unexciting for such a great product and it certainly is no credit to the talented people behind the work. Its 'dumbed' down, clean but 'dumb'. I really wish you could pump it up more and give it some much needed oomph!

We totally agree! We've got several big plans cooking in the background over here. Rather than spend time on smaller, cosmetic changes, we've been pouring our time into what we think are bigger, more useful changes.
Unfortunately, it will still be a few months out before those changes can percolate through to the site. But we do appreciate you hanging in there with us.
We will never comprimise the quality of our training, and we're glad you've noticed. We promise to catch the website up to the same quality level as well.
