I've made an import of a 3ds model that I have but the problem is that all the lines that have been made in 3ds I can see them in sketchup. I tried with the layers or with the view options but I couldn't find something.

Any ideas?

I've seen many models from the google library that you cannot see the drawing lines.

Thank you,

Rania

triple click on your model to select all of the edges and faces. then right click on the model and select the option for 'soften smooth edges'. you can adjust the settings to smooth out the black line edges that you see in your model.

afterward, you can go to View > Hidden Geometry, to see the edges after they've been smoothed out. with hidden geometry turned on, you'll also be able to select hidden, or smoothed lines and unhide or unsmooth them.
